New York Beef Council Community Guidelines

The New York Beef Council (NYBC) and subsidiaries thereof project and maintain a healthy positive social media environment for all of our followers on all of our channels.

We aim to foster gainful collaborations, professional networking opportunities, and personal development for our fans and followers. NYBC is about engaging on a core human level about agriculture, farming and related topics, and we want our social channels to reflect just that.

Treat others as you wish to be treated.

Hateful, obscene, explicit, graphic, abusive, racist, or defamatory comments/language will be removed from our channels. This is a zero tolerance policy as negativity does not breed positivity.

By posting on any of our social media channels, you understand that your posts, and any ideas contained in them, may be used by us at no cost, in any way on our other websites and social media pages, and in our promotions. When you post in any of our social media channels, you understand that your name, likeness and handle will be visible and associated with your post.

If we re-use your post, we may display your name, likeness and handle there as well.  NYBC and subsidiaries thereof do not endorse other organizations or individuals without prior consent. If you wish for us to influence your brand or product in any way, please send us a message at [email protected] and we will consider your request. Likewise, requests for ad placement can also be sent to this email address.

If you choose not to follow these guidelines and consistently avoid them, NYBC reserves the right to remove you from our social channels and/or limit your future participation.

We hope you will help us to maintain a valued and positive social community and engage with others as we embark on this leadership journey together.

If you have any questions or need clarification on any of the above material, please contact us at [email protected] or visit our website at www.nybeef.org.
