"Meat Your Beef" - Farm to Fork Beef Tours

Sponsored by New York Beef Council

June 13-16, 2017

RSVP to kbrosnan@nybeef.org by MAY 29th- Space is limited!

Every year the New York Beef Council hosts Beef Tours across New York State!  These "Farm to Fork" tours are designed to educate our industry partners (i.e. retail, food service, culinary instructors, dietitians, etc.).  During the tour our NY Beef Farmers will share their story and the day to day duties of their family farm.  You will learn how they care for their cattle and their land.  You will touch, smell and feel the essence of farming, plus have an opportunity to engage in a conversation with experts in the beef industry.  It is an opportunity to learn more about the practices and technologies cattlemen use to keep beef safe and sustainable.

To sign up for a tour please contact Katherine Brosnan, kbrosnan@nybeef.org If you are affiliated with nutrition or a Registered Dietitian, please contact Cindy Phillips, RD at cphillips@nybeef.org. See destinations and agenda below:
